I am but a humble human with depression & anxiety. I have been in talk therapy for 10+ years with multiple providers. I’ve tried many medications. Through the therapy & medication I’ve experienced many ah-ha moments.
My friends will tell you that I think out loud. I say words, and the act of them entering another person’s ear will usually provoke more thoughts, even the answer to the question I probably asked. All without the other person saying a word. I also tend to speak in metaphors and with symbolism. Once I have the picture in my head, I can make more sense of it all.
